Happy Valley requested to be put in contact with chef Jamie from Egg cafe to trial their honey in some new recipes for NZ Week.
After Ruth from Happy Valley sent samples to Jamie, she came up with these delicious dishes.
Happy Valley Honey + Rockit/Envy Apples
- Gingerbread brown rice porridge with honeycomb (cinder toffee), HV honey, crisped buckwheat and apples
Oravida King Salmon + Avanza avocado
- Salmon fishcakes with poached egg, Avanza avocado "hollandaise", blood orange salad
Avanza avocado + Rockit/Envy apples + Happy Valley Honey
- Avocado + apple toast with yogurt, honey and almonds
